Uploading data to SNP Planning book from Excel

As per my Knowledge, we load the data to SNP planning book through release from DP planning book.

Even there will not be upload icon in SNP planning book.

We have some options to update SNP planning book via Infocubes and custom programs via BAPI.

But here in my requirement , client is specifically asking as he needs to upload the key figures FORECAST and SAFETY STOCK in SNP planning book only through excel file.

Kindly help me in this scenario...

Hello,

Forecast in SNP is an order series key figure and Safety stock is a time series key figure. My suggestion would be to load the forecast via flat file into an Info Cube and then release it to the SNP Planning Area using standard functionality for forecast categories FA, FB, FC and FD. You can use a similar data flow for safety stock too and load the key figure using the /SAPAPO/TSCUBE functionality.

Only other way to do this is a heavily customized development.
