Role detail is not showing in SUIM

Hi all,

We made a customized report say ZHRR04. The data is same as of PA30 (employee details - HR). 

When i was checking the user access list for ZHRR04 it is showing for almost 69 users. But When i checked it's role assignments, only 2 roles(contains 3 users) are showing.All the other 66 users i couldn't find in SUIM.

Why is it so? i checked in Su24 also. As this is a customized tcode, ZHRR04, it is not showing in SUIM also.

Can any one help me how to find the role details of other users in SUIM?

Pls note , i searched -> SUIM->ROLES by complex criteria->give the user name (in one of remaining 66) and the respective tcode. But no result...

Maybe the authorization is grant via profiles for other users? You can also check in SUIM under Profiles.

Try:

SUIM->Roles->By Authorization Values

Object 1: S_TCODE

Value: ZHRR04

more than likely someone has a role assigned with manual S_TCODE in the authorisations. You may have executed the report for "role in menu".

You can rerun SUIM role by complex criteria by specified authorisations and see if the full number appear. Alternatively, go to SU56 buffer of one of the users who has the access and see which role it is getting it from.

Yes, i found it in the auth. object S_TCODE in one role. Now it's working fine. Thanks for your reply:)
