Hi Experts,

There is main asset field getting duplicated while recording with ABUMN and I saved it with ALN101 and ALN202 respectively for main and sub asset in 3rd step for maintain source field, but these two fields are not coming in the 5th step for field mapping and conversion rules for me to map them with unassigned fields under Extra in the tool bar above.. Any advise/

Hi,

You have to use the t.code ABUM instead of ABUMN to transfer assets through LSMW. Here you can get different fields for source asset & target asset.

Hi Partha,

You need to make some changes in the Recording field name since we are getting the same field name in Recording twice. Make changes to the second asset number field as per screenshot, by double clicking on it.

After that when you go for field mapping, this changed recording field name should be available for mapping against your unassigned source fields.

Dear,

In this step "Maintain Field Mapping and Conversion Rules" you have option of linking manually by clicking button .

First select the field needs to be mapped and then click on , it will display all the fields.Here select that.
