Work Manger gives frequent error as JCO_ERROR_CONCURRENT_CALL

Hello Experts,

We have gone live with Work Manager-6.2 for one of our client. Now we are in early life support phase. Many users are experiencing the below error as mentioned below.

COM.SAP.CONN.JCO.JCORUNTIMEEXCEPTION: (132) JCO_ERROR_CONCURRENT_CALL: THE CONTEXT WITH THE SESSION ID [SESSION-7732] SCOPE TYPE [NULL] IS CURRENTLY USED IN THREAD THREAD-4022673 [0X3D67B0].CURRENT THREAD IS AGENTRY SAPWM62_42 WORKER THREAD [0X3D774A]. |

SMP Server :- 3.0 SP11 PL05

WPF Client :- SP07

Maximum Number of users :-2000

Maximum number of concurrent users as of now :- 250.

Does the users are facing any communication error.Please refer the note 2255046 - User getting "Error 11" on SAP Mobility CRM/ERP products for SMP 3.0 (Agentry) - unreleased connection.
