Dynamic Safety stock on immediate forward Period

Hi All,

Need help with this issue.

Dynamic Safety stock on immediate forward Period

As per SAP configuration setting through transaction code
OMIA under the field Number of Periods, system is calculating Average daily
requirement based on the number of Periods given in this field.

We are looking for requirement only on immediate next period
instead of Average requirement. Can you please suggest how this can be
achieved?

Route: Production>Material Requirement
Planning>Planning>MRP Calculation

Hello Sridevi

You would try with Number of periods: 1.

In addition if you use Type of per.length =3/Standar days you should set No. of Days per Period.
