Good Morning,
I need to do Personnel development (PD) Implementation.
Some points need to be cleared in SAP point of view:
1) What is Personnel Development and what is motive and why should be implemented?
2) What is the main heads to be considered in PD.
3) Pls share PD step by step config doc with screen shot.
How it goes is take an example of "Position" which is required some qualification i.e competencies, Skills then we should have a predefined Qualification catalog so that we can assign them to position so now position should be occupied by a person who has those qualifications.
This can be named as profile match up we have a transaction code PEPM to do the same then we hire him henceforth position will be evaluated with consideration of performance, competencies of the employee once evaluation is done(PMS), some competencies will be identified and listed so accordingly position holder should go for(Personnel Development) Training which comes under Training and event management.
