Is there anyother way/ mechanism  to make it automatically sending to DR  system in every 10 minutes for getting DR is updated data?

Hi Dheen,

please have a look at the Oracle documentation. It is quite good:

Creating a Physical Standby Database

There are also the different options explained you can choose. I've done an Oracle Dataguard with instant logshipping to the DR system but import of redologs are done there with a delay of 4 hours.

Hi Dheen,

What you have described is the concept of a standard standby database with log shipping.

There is tons of information about this. Unless you have a specific questions you should read the documentation available online.
