Workflow Rule - Email

Hey community,

I created a workflow rule that after an opportunity turns won I receive an email with the id and name of opportunity. After test and don´t receive the email. Anything that I missing that I need to activate?

Hi Bruno,

Issue seems to be with "Sender" maintained in the :Define Actions" step.

Please check your default sender E-mail address in Business Configuration:

Business Configuration work center  -> Implementation Projects view -> Open Activity List -> Fine-Tune -> E-MAIL AND FAX SETTINGS -> Check Default Sender Address (like  DoNotReply@myXYZ.mail.crm.ondemand.com).

Maintain the above Default Sender Address of BC in "Sender" field in the :Define Actions" step of the workflow rule.
