Hi Prasad Babu,
Pls check whether 'IDOC adapter and RFC adapter' values are present for your Business System which you must have configured in SLD for R/3 system. If the values for R/3 system ID and Client are blank then get those values from SLD by using the button 'Compare with System Landscape Directory'.
To check all this things in Integration Directory, pls select your business system and on the right had you will get its details. Go to 'Service' menu. Click on 'Display/Edit'. Then again click on 'Service' and select 'Adapter Specific Identifiers' menu.
I hope this will help you in solving your problem.
