LP12 - material staging is not happening

Hello All,

I am new to WM module.User is trying to stage the material using LP12 but material not getting stage. Could you please let me know what could be the issue? I have attached screenshot. I can see TR are open for qty 100. Is there any relation between open TR & material not getting staged?

Hi Amit,

Storage bin quantity (258.5) is greater than the requirement quantity (22).  Since this is release order part, it is not meaningful to create staging if the required component is already available in the PSA.

Hi

If TR already showing open quantity then you will not be able to stage any further quantity until the TR has been cleared.

Check LB10 for TR, process the pick and confirm. Then you will be able to stage further requirement if required.

I take it that you have one plant/one storage location and one warehouse configured? If this is the case, as mentioned, you may be satging from one production area to another if you havent omitted the production storage type from your available warehosue stock
