Here are the answers.

1- Check that below link works.

http://hostname:80##/sap/hba/explorer/

You must have imported HANA Live contents relevant to your application.

You can check with below sql script.

select * from "_SYS_REPO"."DELIVERY_UNITS" where delivery_unit like 'HCO_HBA%'

2- I think you are askin Platform LM not Application LM.

Use Hana Studio and from the contex menu of thsystem right click --> LM --> Platform LM --> SAP HANA Platform LM

3- Check below link.

4- Use the menu in 2nd question or use below link.
