Hello experts: I configured Function approver MSMP workflow. I have it working as it goes to approvers and they can approve. However; I want to make it so only one owner should be able to approve. I have the agent configured as PFCG role and all users with roles get work item in work inbox. The role is assigned to multiple users. I would appreciate your help.
Hi Neha,
You can try by creating a method and add your condition based on the risk owned by the agent ?

Hi Netra,
2 ways through PFCG role:
1. you need to assign the PFCG role to only 1 approver, so that only he/she can approve
2. PFCG role can be assigned to multiple approvers, needs to be a dummy role, i.e it contains no auth. objects or insufficient auth., to approve the function; AND only the approver who needs to approve can have auth. to approve the function.

Hi Pablan,
Thank you for your response.
I have several approvers based on risks they own and I want to route approval based on risks they own. So having just one user with PFCG role or not giving authorization is not going to be practical for us.
The risk change workflow works just fine as I have the agent type as API and have corresponding owners in Risks. However; functions don't have direct owners assigned and that option does not work.
Any other ideas?
Thanks,
Netra
