Hi experts,
I've activated on a enterprise portal, that the http requests gets forwarded to https (via parameter icm/http_redreict_#)
Now the Technical Monitoring of the Solution Manager displays the JAVA-Instance as not available.
As the GRMG check false with "HTTP [307]: HTTP/1.0 307 Temporary Redirect".
How can I fix this problem?
I've already imported the client certificate of the Enterprise Portal to the Client PSE of Solution Manager.
Kind regards
Hi Christian,
Can you review SAP note 1822831 - Web Service Soap Errors in solman_setup? Regards, Roland

Hello Roland,
the note describes exactly the problem.
However, I did set the value on Solman Instance and also tried on JAVA-Instance - which one is the correct one?
Because, both are not solving the problem.
On solman we are also facing the problem, that an error message is coming on general login via http-login.
Kind regards
Hi Christian,
Hope you are doing good.
What is the version of the portal? Maybe this quick workaround might me useful. Check the below note to make sure that all requests are forwarded and used as HTTPS.
SAP Note No. 973644: How to configure HTTPS redirect on J2EE Engine
I hope https on the solman is configured.
Hope this helps.

Hello Hermanth,
how can I change the .xml there? I just get on the right some parameters I can adapt in configtool.
To be honest, I am not sure if Solman is configured for https - at least not for Technical Monitoring.
I've setup the Solution Manager, that https-URLs can be called and I've also installed the certificate of the java system as a Client Certificate.
But is there a special configuration for Technical Monitoring, so that checks are done in https instead of http?
Do I have to connect DAA via https for this?
Kind regards
I've done a lot of tests now, and as far as I know, the problem isn't the https.
The problem is the forwarding, by this it gets an http-307 - and this is what the solution manager isn't accepting.
So I've no idea how I can solve this problem...
Because in icm/HTTP/redirect I can not make an exception for the /GRMG* pages.
Does anybody has an idea?
Kind regards
