Hi,

i would print direct in VF02/03, but the menu Shows it as disable:

Is there a way to make "AUSGABE" and "BILDSCHIRM" able to use?

Thanks.

In VF02 you can also go to the menu Goto -> Header -> Output and repeat output from there.

I'm not sure why SAP did it that way but, to be honest, I've never heard a single user complaint about it. Output usually happens automatically in production. Reprinting would be an exception and in such case it's actually more convenient to have this option on the first screen.

You might want to clarify what you are doing in SAP that it's making this such a big deal for the users.

Hi Dieter,

go one step back (F3) and use the same path to print function.

In other words:

Start VF03, enter a billing number and do NOT press enter. Instead use

Hi Jelena,

Hi Dieter

I am giving you one solution . Go to transaction SHDO . Give VF02 in Transaction code . Then Click on Standard variant . Click on Deactivate Standard Varient .

Then try it in VF02 once again.

Hi Dieter,

the application is not designed to trigger the message output printing selecting the menu function from inside the sales document itself.

A workaround would be possible but only if the output message is automatically determined with a timing = '3' ( that it is your case)

The user, from the output overview screen (Goto>Header>Output), could select the message to be processed (yellow icon) and by pressing the pushbutton "Further Data", modify the timing of processing from '3' (Send with application own transaction)  to '4' (immediately).

After saving the output should be processed immediately.

Hi,

thanks to all. I think there is no way like i need, therefore i close this thread.

Jelene:     sometime the User have to cange some text inside VF02 and therefore they
want to see how there changes looks in the output before saving.
