No authorizations to edit territory rules

Hi all,

Does anyone know where we need to edit the authorizations in order that business users can edit a territory rule?

One of our business users has no access to edit the territory rules:

I looked in Administator>business roles>[role] edit [role] to change the access but I didn't find anything for territory rules;

I only found these related views that are fine:

Thanks!

Hi Arian,

Could you please check if the user is assigned to the Admin (SEODADMINWCF) work center?

and if the user has unrestricted authorization for Work Center View ID "SALES_ADMIN_WCVIEW"?

There could be an authorization conflict if the user has the authorization for territory rules in the Sales WoC but not in Admin WoC (if assigned).

Additionally also un-assign the PDI Work Center from the user & check if it works.

Regards,

Suman

Hi Suman,

Thanks your reply

I checked the necessary workcenters:

Checking Sales& Marketing option in SEODADMINWCF

Checking restriction rule for Marketing & Sell

Checking options on Parter Development

Everything seems fine as you proposed and I still get the error message.

Is there anything else I need to consider?

Hi Arian,

Please check after assigning "SEOD_ADMIN_SETUP_WCVIEW" (i.e. General Settings) to the user.

I was able to simulate the error, and after assigning above view it worked.

Regards,

Suman
