Business func. will remain switched off in 000 client - not able to see checkbox under planned status

Hello Team,

When we try to activate the business function in 000 client of Development system, we are not able to see the check box under planned status.

But in other client we can see checkbox under planned status.

Please help us how to get checked box under planned status in 000 client

Seems the client in which you are working is locked. Please check with your basis team and ask them to set the status to "Automatic recording of changes" in SCC4

I hope you are not logged in as DDIC/SAP* to client 000 as you wont get the check box if you logged in as these users.

Hi Subbu,

Please follow below steps...

1. Start transaction SFW5.
2. Select the business function set you want to activate from the Business Function Set dropdown list box.
3. It is possible that sometimes you see only the short descriptions of the available business function sets without their technical name. In such case, proceed as follows: Choose   Customizing of Local Layout -> Options -> Expert -> Show Keys in All Dropdown Lists, and then choose OK.
4. A list with the business functions available in the selected business function set appears.
5. Select the checkbox in the Planned State column of the business function you want to activate.
6. Inside one business function set you can have a great number of business functions. You can choose to activate some of the business functions and leave the others in an inactive mode.
7. Repeat the previous steps until you have activated all the business functions you wish to have as active inside this business function set.
8. Choose Save and Activate.
