Dear Experts,

Here I am having a situation I am using standard Formula SAP006 and this formula says (Machine * Operation quantity / Base quantity) and currently I have taken No of Individual capacity  and No of split is 1.

I have 100 available hrs( this is a requirement that job need to complete in this much time) and need to complete the job in a single day in two shifts and each shift of 9 Hrs with 1 Hr break in each shift.

What other factors and formula I need to use  for capturing above requirement.

Hello,

You have to assign SAP006 in capacity tap processing formula. Then in scheduling tab SAP002.

Active the finite scheduling tick in capacity tab. In routing maintain the operation time and control key relevant for scheduling like PP01.  Then create the order and check the scheduling and capacity requirement.

Hello Vikas,

Try setting up the shift patterns that you operate, using T-CODE OP4A. You can setup breaks, hours of work etc. then assign this shift pattern within your work centre configuration on the capacity header tab. Also ensure that you have assigned a factory calendar with the work centre, this will help with more accurate scheduling dates.

Kind regards,

Ryan
