Component Based Message Alerting (CBMA) - MailTo not picked correctly

Hi,

We have configured the alert rule correctly and configured the job in NWA.

The alerts are also consumed by the job but the email is sent to the mailFrom email address instead of mailTO.

Example: if mail from is configured as abc@company.com & mail to is configured as xyz@company.com.

Then email is sent to abc@company.com to abc@company.com

Has anyone faced this issue with alertConsumerJob previously.

A SAP Note 2122500 describes this issue and provides a code correction to fix it. Can you please check if that is applied in your system?

This is strange..Try re-configuring again.
