How to remove old purchase order from MD04

Hey Guys

There is a Intra STO purchase order created in 29-May-2012 for which subsequent outbound delivery and PGI also posted on 29-May-2012, but goods receipt is not yet posted as a result said Intra STO is still showing in MD04.

We cannot perform goods receipt because said outbound delivery has been archived.

I have to tried to update deletion indicator/DCI update/Final delivery but ended with standard errors since GR is not yet performed.

When I update block indicator for PO item I can see an exception message for that purchase order in MD04.

But my requirement is to remove said incomplete intra STO from MD04 is it possible.

Thanks in advance.

You are focusing on the wrong part of the story. MD04 entry will automatically go away if your PO is completed. So you question should be "how can I complete my PO"

Of course you have to receive the material, as it cannot just vanish from earth in the middle of the transportation.

see KBA 1618453 - How to fix quantity on stock in transit (Error: M7 022 caused by small rounding amount)

and OSS note 740732 - Unable to archive STO, where deliveries are deleted/archived which has a report to remove the links to the delivery.

Remember, the important part is to get the quantity out of in-transit stock. As this quantity is already valuated in the books of the receiving plant in case of intra-company stock transfers, even you did not perform the receipt.
