IT 0007 - DWS is not getting updated in Work Schedule

Dear All,

I have a new DWS "FX01". Hence, I need to replace the old DWS "OLD1" with this new DWS "FX01".

But, there is no change if I view in IT 0007 - WSR - Work Schedule. Still it appears with "OLD1".

I carried out steps as below,

1.) Define DWS

2.) Define PWS

3.) Set Work Schedule Rules and Work Schedules

4.) Generate Work Schedules in Batch

Experts advise please.

Regards

Hari Prasath

Generating work schedules in batch creates a session (if you kept the BTCI selection field blank). So process this session using tcode SM35.

    Hi Hari,

    1. if you are not able to find what Tania advised then --- check if you have any authorization issue i mean you might not have authorization to SM35 - i do not think so but its better to check

    2. generate it manually for couple of months - say for example 12 month then save it in the transport

    3. goto create a new record for infotype 0007 --- please check your start date it should on or after the work schedule generation date

if nothing helps then pls share the screen shot, sure someone will help you
