Hello gurus,
I have an issue here.
I have created optional leaves for 14 days in calendar along with fixed 10 days leave , zone-wise. also created optional quota , which is maximum 2 days from the 14 days which an employee can avail. However even when the quota is not generated the system is accepting a leave for optional holiday ( date which is not specified in my list of 14 optional holiday) it is just reflecting in it2001, which has no effect on any quota type .
The deduction is happening proper if we take optional leave from the list of 14days and is working that if 2 leaves are taken then it gives error the quota is not available. So my rest conditions are working fine.
Just dat r/3 should not accept any day as optional.. do i need to specify my 14 days somewhere else? give any validation or badi.. please let me know ..its very urgent.
