Update Business Partner SlpCode via DTW

Hello,

I am trying to update SalesPersonCode to 25 in some Business Partners using DTW.

This is the OCRD template:

CardCode SalesPersonCode CardCode SlpCode CF123 25 CF134 25 CF145 25

When I go to Master Date -> Update Existing Data -> Business Partner / Business Partner Master Data. Then select the CSV file in BusinessPartners. The simulation and the actual import runs fine but the update is not applied.

Please suggest what I should do. Thanks.

    Hi Alejandro,

I have had a similar experience before, and have found it was caused by having the import file on a different location from the server where DTW is installed (EG: On a network share).

Have you tried copying the import file locally to the server where you are doing the upload?

    Kind Regards,

    Nick Lakasas

    Hi,

Have you created slp code 25 under OSLP table? if yes, then you can update using OCRD template.

    Thanks.

Have you tried using >Run As Administrator when running the DTW?

    Hi,

You can try the same with Import from excel option. No need to use DTW always for update. Try this.
