Delete Active emails

Hey community,

I did some tests about my campaigns that now I want to delete from the system. I have 2 types of error:

1º-Please change the e-mail template. x... is not active.

How I remove this here?

2º-Deleting data not possible;deletion disabled.

Any help for this errors?

    Hi Bruno,

    Regarding second error:

    Only Campaigns with status "Planned" can be deleted.

    If your campaign in any other status then it cannot be deleted.

    • Hi Bruno,

      If the status of the campaign is "Active" and the Execution Status has not yet "Finished Successfully" then you can use the Actions button -> Select "Revoke Activation" -> Save.

      This will change the status of the Campaign to Planned.

      However, If the status of the campaign is "Active" and the Execution Status is already "Finished Successfully", then you cannot change the status to Planned.

      In this case the only option is to Cancel the campaign, it cannot be deleted (Actions -> Select "Set as Cancelled -> Save).
