How can Rating configuration be changed?? :)

Hello All,

I want to know how can I change the configuration of the Rating feature in KM.

Actually I wanna know:

1. If I can change the rating scale from 5 to 10?

2. Rating shows average points. I want to know how many users have viewed that doc and their individual ratings.

Is this posible.

Was reading about this on link:

and yes, it does say that <i>Rating a document involves evaluating it according to a prescribed scale. The scale depends on the configuration used by your enterprise</i>

hi,

U can navigate to SystemAdministration-> Systemconfiguration->contentManagement->utilites(click on advance mode)->rating services and change the configuration here..

Firstly thanks for your reply.

I do not see Ratin Services under the Utilities section.

I checked this option on EP6 SP9 & SP14.

But found it under the Content Management -> Repository Services section.

But apart from this, have you ever changed this config? If yes, what & how has it been...
