C4C Customer Migration Tool - Postal Code

Hi Experts,

I tried to migrate several customers from different countries. Simulating the import throws errors concerning the postal code (e.g. Postal Code from Austria must have length 4; Postal Code from Germany must have length 5; Postal Code from USA: Position 6 must be a '-'; etc.)

Is there any documentation concerning the format of the postal code with consideration of the according country? I need a guideline to adapt my migration files BEFORE I Upload them and simulate the import (very time consuming).

Hi Felix,

For Postal Codes, SAP follow the international rules in the coding. Hence you can look into the following webpage:
