User gets stuck while logging in and client goes in not responding mode

Dear Experts,

I am getting problem while logging in, the user just get stuck and client goes in "Not Responding" mode. I tried same user on different machines but same behavior. it just started happening all of a sudden.

Help Required please!

Hi Shazad,

Also, I would suggest inspecting the Activity Manager in SQL Server Management Studio to identify any deadlocks in the database.

This can happen when the user has a large number of alerts and messages, could this be your issue?

Have you checked whether the user have any addon set to start or default?  if so i would disable all addon and check one by one. 

Do the user windows account have permission to install addon/software?  I had this issue and had to change permission settings on the sap addon folder and ran SAP as Administrator.
