Freight condition to mandatory in Order but not in Inquiry and quotation

Dear all,

I have a requirement in pricing procedure during inquiry and quotation the user some times enter the freight conditions some time he doesn't. but during the creation of sales order the freight condition is mandatory. with out entering the freight it should not allow him to save the sales order. the sales order is created with reference quotation.

any one faced such process please let me know solution

Hi Thirueeln,

Used "log of Incomplete Items".

Define Incompleteness Procedures.

And assign Incompleteness Procedures.

In assignment, tick mark last column "IC-dialog" for order and untick for Inquiry &Quotation.

When checked the NETWR field can be kept in the in completion  log which but i want to make a particular Condition type to be entered in the mandatory in Order but not mandatory in quotation for same pricing procedure

Hi Thiruneelan,

Add VBAP-PRSOK filed in incompletion log.

OR

You can write new routine and assign same to your freight condition in Pricing procedure.

logic like:

IF xkomv-kbetr =0.

Message Exxx with xkomv-kbetr

endif
