How to setup a user

HI I have never done this. I have added a new user and she wants to run a report. where do i add this report? I see no area for doing this.

How to create a folder for her?

    Hi Paul, as a summary you go to the report, right click, security and assign the user to use the report.

    Unless it's a very small environment, it could be more complex than that.

    The user should belong to a group.

    The report should be within a Folder.

    The you go to that folder and give access to the group.

    There are several pre-defined access level you can assign (if you don't want your users to delete your reports)

    Remember there is not Recycle Bin in SAP BO/BI
