Connexion with Contact scenario : Client with country not 'FR' not recognized

Hello experts,

We are using Contact Scenario with relationship BUP001 link to client CRM000 to get connected to WCEM.

We are having this issue:

- If contact BUP001 is link to client CRM000 which has country set to FR, the client will be recognized in the WCEM connexion process

- If contact BUP001 is link to client CRM000 which has country set to another language, the client will not be recognized in the WCEM process and thus the connexion will ne be possible.

=>Do you know if it is a missing customizing ot any parameter that need to be changed?

Thanks a lot,

Regards,

Anaïs JAUSSAUD

    Hi Anais,

    just to understand you correctly:

if your contact party is assigned to a soldto with language FR, your contact can login, is automatically linked to the soldto party and can create orders or service requests for the soldto?

If a contact party is assigned to a soldto party who has other language setting than FR,

    a) does the login of the contact and assignment to soldto party fail?

    b) is login and soldto assignment fine, but order/ service request creation fails?

    Thanks for clarification,

    Steffen

    • Hi Anais,

I will try to give you hints how you can investigate.

I dont knowby heart the function module that retrieves the soldtos. Thus, I recommend to set a BP in the java jcoconnection stateless class before the rfc calls against ABAP are triggered. You should be able to identify the function module that reads the soldtos.

Now, you can identify the input parameters for the function module as well and you can reuse these parameters to trigger the function module again stand alone(in debug mode). Or, you enter a ABAP breakpoint in the function module and debug the process at runtime.

      Best regards,

      Steffen
