SAP Web AS Installation

I'm installing a netweaver server, but I have a doubt before I start.

I want to install the following enviroment:

SAP Web AS

SAP Enterprise Portal

SAP KM

SAP TREX

SAP XI

So my question is... do I have to install the Web AS ABAP+Java or with the Java Engine is enough?

hi Juan

You need ABAP+Java addin (in that order) for XI or MI. and for EP you need Just JAVA (Stand alone).

and how ever i wouldn't recommend putting them on the same WAS cos of Performance reasons. You should have a super good server to handle both in production scenerio. if its for demo/test purpose, you may as well have it. Visit this forum

As for as the firs four is concerened if you install Java stack is sufficient,if you want to install XI also may be you have to go for Java + Abap stack.

you can fine the relared docs in http://service.sap.com installations

You need WEB AS Java only .. not sure abt XI though

Not 100% sure about XI, but I believe that all you need is the java stack.
