Error Message - Web Intlligence Rich Client

Hi,

Running Windows 7 (32bit).

Have installed Web Intelligence Rich Client on multiple PC's and loaded with no issues.

On one PC however I receive the following error when trying to open after install...

"Your session is timed out. Close the Java interface and log on again"


Only difference between this PC and others is Crystal Reports 13 is already installed on PC.

After install of Web Intelligence Rich client, crystal reports continues to work with no apparent issues.

Is it possible to run both side by side and if so is there any pre requisites/known fixes?


I have searched forums/Google but all I can find as that there is an issue with Crystal Reports and Web Intelligence Rich Client but no fix found?


If anyone could advise, be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    check this.

    1956256 - Error message "Your session timed out.Close the java interface and log on again" is received while launching WebI Rich Client.


    Reproducing the Issue

    Launch Web Intelligence Rich Client.

    Resolution

    Uninstall and install Java installed in the client machine.
