Track Sales Order: defining addition order type but not user specific

Hi Experts,

I have deployed Track sales order standard application, in Transaction SIMGH--> Track Sales order--> I have defined DOCTYPE as Default with specific parameter value ZTO that our business generally needed. No I have assigned additional sales order type as well but that is user specific. As of now everything is working fine but in case if I have 50 users who will use this application with almost all order type that is more than 70 in number. User specific scenario entry would be 50*70 somewhere near 3500. Meanwhile users will also change.

Therefore I don't think it is a good practice to do, and as default we can use any one order type only. Is It?

Kindly suggest.

    HI Shakti;

    Could you please share the screenshot of the SPRO configuration for the same.

    Why you need to maintain user id in the configuration.

    Maintain DEFAULT in the field where you are maintaining user id.
