Hi Experts,

I am facing an problem in PI at "ifs" then function. Target field is a mandatory field always expecting one value. In some cases, value's are getting suppressing at 'if then else' function even though it receives values from "Ifs" function. Logic defined as follows,

Mapping Logic:

Success case:

display queue result at Ifs:

display queue result at If then else.

:

Failed case:

display queue result at Ifs:

display queue result at If then else.

Can some one please help me to understand this?

Hi Sivakrishna,

You need to pass same number of queue entries to IFS function. Below example you are passing 5 and 2 entries to IFS function it should be same values.

Hi Sathu,

I've tried replicating your issue but it did not work. Can you share the full mapping for that field?

Mark
