Activate 0MAT_UNIT from Business Content

BW experts,

I am trying to activate 0MAT_UNIT from Business content. Well I collected the object in the Business concent screen and clicked install. But in RSA1 I do not see this info Object. Did I miss anything?

hi Ashwin,

check if it can be found under 'unassigned nodes' -> infoobject catalog 'not assigned units'.

if not, try to install again along with node Not assigned units (0UNINOTASSIGNED).

Well I got the solution from one of the SAP notes, it states that often because of the inconsistencies in the RSDIOBCIOBJ table this problem occurs and the solution to this is to execute the RSDG_IOBC_REORG function module in transaction SE37 (F8 -> single test) with the following parameters:

Function module RSDG_IOBC_REORG

Import parameter Value

I_OBJVERS A

I_PROGRESS

I_IOBJTP *

I_ALL_IOBJ X

I_T_IOBJNM 0 entries

I_BYPASS_BUFFER

F8 -> Execute

Refer Note 573421.

This solved my problem. Just putting this up here if anyone in future come across the same problem.
