Issue with Terminators in ANSI X12 mapping

Hi Experts,

I am trying to work on an outbound scenario & expecting a 997 back. But, I am not getting the same due to the reason that the delimiters which I am sending in my EDI data is not matching.

As you can see in the screenshot "R" is coming at the end automatically.

I am fetching the value in this fields in mapping through TPM -

I am not sure if I need to pass hexadecimal values as in our partners system we have configuration as mentioned below -

Subelement Separator . . . .  ISA16 | or Hex 4F

Element Separator. . . . . . . . .  } or Hex D0

Segment Terminator . . . . . . . .  ¬ or Hex 5F

Please help on this.

Br,

Nidhi

Hi All,

There was a different in Hexadecimal values so there was a mismatch. Issue is resolved now.

Thanks,

Hi Nidhi,

Hope you are doing well.

As I can read it, the first line is the message that you are sending that has >~

And you are receiving and MDN back with ~>R

Is that understanding correct ?

Thanks
