PTO Accrual error

Hi All,

       Can anyone help me on the below issue?

            We have two types of Absence Quotas for US employees i.e. PTO and PFH. Recently we got a request from the client to configure in such a way that the employees can avail negative PTO of upto 88 hours from 11/01/2015 to 01/04/2016. The config is done and moved to Production.

            Now, the issue is, for employees who are hired on or after 11/01/2015, PTO is accrued only till 01/04/2015. I tried generating the Quota using tcode PT60 in test mode, but ends up with the following error.(See attached screenshot)

            Could anyone suggest what the issue might be? Please let me know if more information is needed.

Hi Rahul,

          Thanks for your reply. I was able to generate quotas for other employees who were hired prior to 11/01/2015 with same EG and ESG. Please see the attached screenshot. For the period 11/01/2015 to 01/04/2016, the neg duduction to field was set as 88.00000-

When i tried to run the report RPTQTA00, i get the following error.

Hi Satish,

i might be wrong, but please check this

1. the absence Quota is not valid from 11.30.2015 to 12.31.9999 that is the issue

2. if possible can you please split the start date of the infotype 2006 from 11.30.2015 to 04.01.2016

3. then next record from 05.01.2015 to 31.12.9999

4. then execute PT60

Hi Rahul,

          I tried that as well by splitting the records in 2006. It is accruing till 04/01/2016(jan 4) but this balance is not being carried forward, nor the quota is accrued for the other period 05/01/2016 to 31/12/9999.

Hi Rahul,

           I tried in the test environment deleting the cluster values in table B1 and B2 using report RPUP2D00. After that, I ran the time evaluation using PT60 and the time quotas are updated in infotype 2006 correctly.

           But, is it advisable to delete the values in the cluster tables B1 and B2 in production environment for this employee?

Hi All,

      Any help on the above described issue? The employee is a new hire starting from 11/30/2015. We have configured negative PTO upto -88 hours for the period 11/01/2015 to 01/04/2016. From 01/05/2016 to 12/31/9999, it is the same usual config done with negative deduction upto -8 hours. Infotype 41 and related infotypes are maintained perfectly. I was able to generate Quota till 01/04/2016. But, i was unable to generate using end date as 12/31/9999.

Please help me. What could be the possible issue in this regard.

Hi Satish,

please can you check the start date of your new created absence quota look like date issue

also share the screen shot your configuration for the new absence quota
