Drilling down on work order actual cost line


Guys,

Please I need your usual help.

I have an order with a number of actual cost lines. When you select any line in IW33 and double click, it comes with the message "No actual lines were selected Message no. KB420.

However, out of about 83 actual cost lines, I am able to display 4 lines. So I don't think it has to do with authorization. There are values in the Total actual costs, but when you drill down you get this message. And if it is about selection criteria where do I change this?

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    Looks like it may be a authorization issue - see note 1775771.
    Try using transaction SU53 to check for failed authorizations.

      I eventually opened the Note 1775771 and it mentioned the fact that someone else was able to display the actual cost. The truth is no one seems to be able to display these lines both from business and support sides.

      The same order in Quality system gives same message when you double click on the cost item line in the order.

      As said earlier, am waiting for response from our security team.
