Error of duplicate file in the moment of save the workbook

Hi experts.

I'm having some troubles saving some workbooks in Analysis. I make some changes in my workbook, but in the moment when i save the file, the program create a new file and doesn't rewrite the original. What can i do to solve that?

SAP BI 4.0

Microsoft Office 2010 32 bits.

Analysis Office 1.4

    Juan:

    BI4 is out of maintenance as of 12/31/2015 - see New Maintenance Dates for SAP BusinessObjects BI4.1

    Probably the first thing is to update your platform to BI4.1 SP7

    Also update your 1.4 Analysis Office version too if you are on a low SP

    Hi Tammy. Thank you for your answer. Well, this problem is from the beginnings of december. I have installed 1.4 Analysis Office and SP5 of BI. The problem i'ts strange. Maybe i must wait for the upgrade in my client.

    Hi. Me again. I did some tests with my problem and "the solution" for now is to leave the file and save it at this time when given the option. Another suggestion? Maybe a bug?
