OM- Position name changes using PP01

Dear All,

I have one query on OM.

I have renamed the position in OM using PP01. When I checked in PA30, Infotype 0001(Org. assign) automatically appear with the new name but, Infotype 0000 (Action) still appearing old position name.

How to handle this? Please need your input to solve this issue.

Regards,

Vijay Kumar K.B

    Hi Vijay,

i think it be changed only after PA40 actions like (change of position or organisational correction)

just try that & see if that works

please can you share the screen shot of PP01 & PA20 IT0000

    regards

    Rahul

      Hi Vijay,

Can you just try to refresh the data once, ie., if the position is in editable mode try to refresh it by clicking on enter key.

If it is in non-editable mode (which is usually the case), I suggest to run RHINTE reports. However, ensure that PLOGI - ORGA and PLOGI-PRELI switch is active in T77S0.

Also, try executing it via 'execute info group' if it works.

      Regards

      Neha

    Check settings inT77S0 for

    PLOGI TEXTC

    PLOGI TEXTO

PLOGI TEXTS - This should have value X, I believe.

I remember the text from a PD objected in IT 1 display depends on the validity period of the PD object change and the IT 1 validity period, as well as today's date.

It is also possible to split the IT 1 record when PD object text is changed (provided PD/PA integration is effective), with PLOGI SPLIT X.
