Add filter in message mapping COD_ERP_ExternalSalesDocumentDataQuerySync_resp

Dear Experts,

Now we have a customer project which is integration of C4C and ERP via PI.

The customer has enhanced requirement which is filtering out some condition types when request external pricing for a quotation.

For example, one condition type named as "ZTP0" which is bottom price. This condition type "ZTP0" will be shown on generated(also simulated) ERP sales order , while the customer doesn't want to show this conditon type "ZTP0" on the quotation of C4C after requesting external pricing in C4C.

Do you have good idea how to implement this requirement please?

I have an idea that adding filter in PI message mapping "COD_ERP_ExternalSalesDocumentDataQuerySync_resp", however I don't know is this feasible or not and also don't know how to implement this filter condition on PI.

Thanks a lot.

    Hi Misher,

Have you seen the pricing guide? This should describe the configuration of the quotes. This guide describes how it works: How pricing works in SAP Cloud for Customer Then on service.sap.com/cloud4customer there is a pricing quick start guide that has a chapter on pricing integration - this will have where these conditions go. All the ERP conditions are created in the fine tuning - I think in the future these will automatically be loaded, for now you need to add them - this will ensure when the pricing call executes on the return you can see the condition text in the quote.
