Metadata-Documents for BW

Hello everybody!

I want to create metadata-documents for some InfoObjects in BW. Our company didn't use this feature until now. When I click on the Documents Button in the AWB the following message appears:

Document Attributes could not be

Automatically Generated or Deleted

Should the Document Attributes be

Regenerated Now (and Written to

Requests)?

Yes/No

============================

Does anybody know what this means? What happens if I click on "Yes"?

Hi George,

You can say Yes to this. It will generate the document attributes for InfoObjects where the Characteristic is document attribute flag is chekced on (in RSD1).

Do you know whether you can transport Metadata-Documents? Or do I have to create them on all our systems manually?
