Add new telephone field in IC WebClient

Hi everyone,

I've got to add one more field in IC WebClient BUPA Create View. The new field is the telephone number, we already have one telephone field but i need another one. How can i do this and what do i have to change to create the BP with 2 phone numbers?

You can add 2 telephone numbers to a BP.

You can copy the view BuPaCreate.htm to your package and edit the layout ,copy the telephone field crmic:gridLayoutCell section and add it down to the existing one.

It should work,

Hi Thirumala,

The problem is that when i create the BP, only the second phone number field data is saved. I realy need to do this but i don't know how.
