We have a requirement wherein we need to allow/suppress 'Change to general data must be confirmed' message in FK01/XK01 depending on vendor account groups maintained in GS03. The actions done are: maintained the account groups in GS03 (e.g. GT01, GT02), defined sensitive fields in Dual Control.
During testing on vendor creation using account group not included in GS03 (e.g. GT03), it is also triggering the popup 'Change to general data must be confirmed' and there is an entry created for it in FK08.
Our requirement is to limit the pop-up only to those maintained account groups and no entry in FK08 shoud be created if account group is like GT03(even if there are sensitive fields populated).
How do we address this?
