Print driver host for 32 bit applications has stopped working - SAP 9.0 PL: 10 (32-BIT)

hi all,

when i'm trying to print crystal report throw sap b1 sometimes ir crashed (intermittently) with message error "Printer driver host for 32 bit application has stopped working". this problem accure intermittently when i'm trying to open crystal report viewer and then pressing the print button or when i'm directly press print button after i open the require object in SAP (in my case it's production order). the weird thing is that this problem isn't accure when i'm pressing pdf button and then printing the crystal from the pdf report it self.

it's important to mention that printing statndard PLD or word, notepad, excell has no issue.

this problem already published in group Reporting and Printing but no one give their clear answer.

it's very urgent to me to solve this problem so i will happy to get your assistance to it.
