Issue with MSS reports

Hi All,

when we try to click on any of the links in reports launch pad, splash screen appears, stays there continuously and nothing happens.

below is screen shot for the same.

Found no traces in NWA and o dumps in st22 as well.

It is a standard application, application id:reportlaunchpadpcd

could you please help me in getting this resolved as huge number of users are affected in production system

Regards

Parameshwari

    Hi Parameshwari,

Try restarting your back end system which has been used by launchpad app.

    Thanks,

    Hi Parameshwari

From the screenshot I see that you are launching the launchpad in the content area of the portal.

Can you set the iView property 'Launch in New Window' of the launchpad to "Display in separate headerless portal window (standard mode)" and check if it resolves the issue or not.

To make the above changes refer to the below KBA # 2054208 - Navigation Mode Information in EP

Please review the SAP Knowledge Base Article (KBA) provided in this reply. We would appreciate your feedback on the same. You can provide this via the Overall Rating at the top right corner of the KBA. Click on the stars to provide your feedback.
