Deadline monitoring in ESS\MSS Leave Requests

Hi,

I have copied standard workflow WS12300111 and enhanced it for Two level in ESS\MSS Leave request. Now I want to implement Deadline monitoring i.e. if the leave is not approved\rejected after one day then it has to send pending Approval notification. Still its not approved after one day also, then it has to send notification to hr.

I tried Latest end deadline monitoring and used modeled design. In that I added Email workitem to send pending notification but its not working properly.

Please suggest me how to design deadline monitoring in Leave request.

    Hi All,

I tried Request end deadline monitoring and added Email Workitem and Status check. It is going to the Modeled branch and after that if I tries to approve the Leave request from MSS it is giving below error.

    'Specify a Class name'

Approve/reject most current version of leave request in ess leave request in sap

    Please suggest.

    Thanks,

    Srilatha
