Bdoc erro with BUPA_REL

Hi Experts,

I am getting bdoc error in SMW01 with BUPA_REL bdoc type and if I look at the errors, it showing the below error messages, please help me why this bdoc got failed what could be cause and how to fix them.

- Messages for business partner xxxxxxx:

Message no. XR100

- Partner role for relationship does not exist; deletion not possible

Message no. XR028

-No batch input data for screen SAPMF02D 1324

Message no. 00344

Hi Venkat,

Error XR028 usually occurs when you have data inconsistency between CRM and ERP.

For example,

If there is a BP 111 have a contact person 222 in CRM.

But the ERP customer 111 doesn't have any contact person.

When you delete the relationship in CRM system, error XR028 occurs.

So please check if you have any contact person data inconsistency.

And please check whether note 703322 helps.

1. Are you trying replicating BP relationship from CRM to ECC or ECC to CRM?

2. Did you map your partner fucntion between ECC and CRM?

Hi Dinesh,

We are trying to replicate contact person relationships from CRM to ECC and mapping is exist, its happening sometimes only. Please suggest me to how resolve it and let me know what kind of customization settings should be taken care to replicate contact person replication.

Hi Venkat,

You are trying to replicate Contact person and their relationship with Account from CRM to ECC.

What is your concern?

There could be two things:

1. Contact Person replication

2. Contact Person relationship with Account replication.

Are contact person been replicating from crm to ecc or you are having replication issue only contact person relationship replication?
