business function UI_FRW_RTE does not work

Hello experts,

we want to use the new "richt tex editor". We have activaed the business function UI_FRW_RTE,

we have set the right parameter CRM_THTMLB_SAPUI5 to 'JQUERY|true', and we have check all this notes:

1. 2039218 - SAPUI5 integration in WEBCUIF

2. 2047938 - WebUI Text Editor Enhancements

3. 2070886 - Dynamic resize of BTF editor

4. 2091073 - WebUI Text Editor Enhancements with TinyMCE

5. 2116845 - Business Function: new Rich Text Editor

6. 2117779 - WebUI Text Editor Enhancements with TinyMCE - Part 2

7. 2131467 - Business Function UI_FRW_RTE does not work as expected

8. 2174187 - Turning on Business Function UI_FRW_RTE has no effect

9. 2143377 - Rich Text Editor updates

10. 2172976 - Server side fonts not included in rich text editor

11. 2191870 - Rich Text Editor images, paste content & advance config.

But with no reuslt. In the CRM UI we get the old textfield.

    Hi Matthias,

    If you have activated the business function, you need not use the user parameter.

    Do you get the old HTML editor or is the plain text editor displayed. If there is no option for formatting at all, you might check if you have activated the text formating for your business object in

    SAP Customizing Implementation Guide

    Customer Relationship Management

    Basic Functions Text Management

    Define Text Format

    Hello Matthias,

    we're also investigating in the new Rich Text Editor "TinyMCE" in SAP CRM and have similar problems.

    Is following ICF servive active at your system?

    /sap/public/bc/ui5_ui5 [-> Found at CL_THTMLBX_BTF_EDITOR=>DELEGATE_EDITOR()]

    If yes, what expierence did you made with the new editor? 😊
