IPC "No connection could be made to IPC "

Hi All,

I have installed IPC 4.0 sp10, able to connect to crm system and selected default user exits.

Second step able to communicate to IPC dispatches and server through RFC Destination (sm59), but when creating determining pricing in Sales order giving error "No connection could be made to IPC " .

when RFC destination is checked for dispatcher, displays error "JCO server could not create function "".

Checks done:

executed funciton module "COM_IPC_SESSION_BEGIN" able to find the session , this step is fine.

execute "PRC_GET_IPC_PARAMETERS " function module ,could not get any servers connected.

Any more steps to be done pls advice.
