BI content Activation Timeout occured during activation

Dear Team,

When we try to activate FIN_CLM_PLANING from BI content activation workbench (Tcode - BSANLY_BI_ACTIVATION),Activation runs in background for long time and giving below mentioned error,please help me to resolve this issue.

    Hi Saharoon.

    As per the snapshot current activation process was getting time out, previous activation process is still running, Could you check the any active background job in transaction code SM37?

    Please check load on the system and if any other activation is not running.

    Restart again .

      The issue mentioned in the above link is 95% similar,I checked system load and its in minimum state,am sure there is no other activation is running curently. Anyway i restarted the activation again i update you in few hours
